They posted a pic of the C-130 from Wikipedia. I hope they have pics of the actual a/c, but I’m not going to register to see them.

No, it’s a -60A. Antennas and a couple mounts give it away.

It’s always been one of my dreams to have a car collection I transport using a personal C-130. Especially since I watched 2012 the movie.

Army retires it, and it ends up on the auction block for sale to another country or for civilian sale, or spares, or scrap. Someone bought this Hawk and after it was demilitarized (note the cockpit photo and open avionics bays) and civilian avionics were installed gave it a fancy paint job. It still has the uncomfortable troop seats installed in the cabin, but the ad says that an executive interior installation is available. Oddly there’s no tail number and that website is only providing limited details which is disappointing.

No, there’s noticeable differences between the two that can be spotted in the pictures.

On sites like gsaauctions.com you can pick them up for next to nothing. They may need a little or a lot of work. But for the prices they can be picked up at they are more than worth it if a company is picking up multiples.
